HELP

HELP, which stands for "HASL Encourages Librarian Power",  provides a way for librarians to help other librarians by sharing experiences and ideas with each other.
HELP sessions build a special "connectedness" between and among fellow librarians, from public and private schools and across the island chain.  They allow librarians to provide assistance to one another in an informal, nonthreatening learning and sharing environment.
